LinkPayNow creates payment requests and payment links, obtains a conversion quote from SimpleSwap, and shows you the status of the resulting transfer. It is a payment interface, not an exchange, wallet, broker or custodian.

You may use LinkPayNow only if:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher
• you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions
• you are not named on a sanctions list, and are not acting on behalf of anyone who is
• using the service is lawful where you are

LinkPayNow never takes custody of your funds and never holds private keys. When you pay a request, you send funds directly to a deposit address generated by the swap provider, and the provider sends the converted asset directly to the address stored in the payment request.

Conversions are executed by SimpleSwap, an independent company. It sets the rate, holds the funds during conversion and performs the transfer. By paying a request you also agree to its terms, which apply to that part of the payment, including:

• minimum and maximum amounts per asset and network
• compliance and anti-money-laundering checks, which may require identity verification, or result in a frozen, refused or delayed transfer
• supported assets and networks, which can change without notice

Read SimpleSwap's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy. LinkPayNow cannot override a compliance decision made by SimpleSwap.

Once a blockchain transfer is broadcast, it cannot be recalled by us, by you or by the provider. Before sending, check the amount, the asset and the network. Sending a different asset, or using a different network than the one shown, may result in permanent loss of those funds.

Quotes are estimates provided by the swap provider and are valid only for the period shown on screen. Market movement, network conditions and provider limits can change the final amount received. Where an exact amount is requested, the provider may hold a rate for a limited time; if your transfer arrives after that window, the amount delivered can differ.

A service fee of 0.50% is disclosed on the quote screen and is contained within the rate you are shown. Network fees and the provider's own spread are also included in the amount you are asked to send. There are no separate charges added after you send.

Refunds are handled by SimpleSwap. If a transfer arrives outside the accepted range, arrives after a rate window closes, or cannot be completed, the provider returns the funds to the refund address you supplied, minus network costs. Supply a refund address you control on the network you are sending from. Without one, a failed payment may not be recoverable.

Anyone holding a payment link can pay the request it refers to. Requests expire, and once a payment is in progress no second payment can be started for the same request. The destination address is fixed when the request is created and cannot be changed afterwards.

Do not use LinkPayNow to:

• move proceeds of crime, or funds you are not entitled to transfer
• evade sanctions, taxes or other legal obligations
• pay for anything illegal where you or the recipient are
• defraud, impersonate or mislead a payer or recipient
• probe, overload or interfere with the service or its providers

Payment links that are reported or detected as abusive may be disabled without notice.

• Confirm the destination address before sharing a request.
• Confirm the deposit address, amount and network before sending.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you.
• Do not use the service to transfer funds you are not entitled to transfer.

The service is provided as-is. LinkPayNow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular conversion rate or a particular settlement time, and is not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses, wrong networks, provider decisions or blockchain conditions.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use LinkPayNow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
